Reserves Beat Lebanon 2-1

The Reserves continued their win streak on Merriman-Branch Field Wednesday, beating Lebanon 2-1 to sweep the season series. Daniel Slayton opened the scoring, wining a one-on-one battle with the Raider goalie. After the visitors had tied the score, Neils Kuehlert got the game winner, converting a corner kick from Ryan O'Rourke. Duncan Piper got the win in goal for Hanover, making a big save on a free kick in the waning moments of the game to preserve the victory. Jonathan Kenkel made his long-awaited debut for the Marauders after patiently and faithfully waiting for his broken arm to heal.

The Reserves return to action Friday with a 4:00 game against Thetford at the Rt. 5 fields in Norwich. Because there is no school that day, players will need to provide their own transportation to and from the game, and should arrive at the field no later than 3:15.
